Please read these terms and conditions carefully for using the Panorama Guest House in the village of Gela before making a reservation.
Observance of the rules will ensure your pleasant and trouble-free vacation with us. Accommodation The check-in and check-out of Panorama Guest House takes place at the following hours: check-in after 3 pm release up to 12 o’clock am Possibility for earlier check-in and / or later check-out of the rooms after further clarification upon request.
Internal Order
1. Pets are not allowed on the territory of Panorama Guest House – Gela village.
2. Smoking in the guest house "Panorama" - the village of Gela is absolutely forbidden in the bedrooms and other covered common areas. It is permissible only in the yard of the tourist site.
3. Homemade breakfast orders are placed no later than 6 pm the day before.
4. Upon leaving the tourist site, guests are obliged to leave it in the condition in which they found it at check-in.
5. Customers undertake to behave in a way that does not interfere with other customers or damage the prestige and reputation of the site.
6. Illegal or immoral activities - gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, possession or use of firearms and other weapons - are absolutely prohibited!
7. In case of violation of public order (loud noise after 23 hours) and a signal to the law enforcement authorities, the guests of guest house "Panorama" take full responsibility for resolving the case. If the law enforcement authorities impose sanctions, fines, acts, etc. penalties provided by the Bulgarian legislation, they are fully covered by the guests responsible for the established violations.
Guests The number of guests (adults and children) during their stay at Panorama Guest House must not exceed the number of beds specified in the booking confirmation. The total capacity of guest house "Panorama" is 13 people! Entry or access to the property may be denied if the number of visitors exceeds the specified requirements and / or the number requested in the reservation. The owner of the guest house "Panorama" - Gela is not responsible for accidents with the children of the guests, occurred within the tourist site and outside it. The good health and condition of the children are the responsibility of their parents!The owner reserves the right to have other guests and / or clients staying in the guest house "Panorama", unless the entire tourist site is reserved by one company.
Payment
The amount for the stay and overnight stay in the guest house "Panorama", according to the reservation, is paid in advance up to 72 hours (3 days) after the reservation.
In case of no payment the reservation is canceled!
An advance payment of 100% of the accommodation amount is required!
Additional costs
The costs for utilities (electricity, water), cleaning and consumables are included in the rental prices. There are no additional fees. If guests wish to prepare a specific breakfast, lunch and / or dinner, the price will be agreed additionally.
Damage or loss We require our guests to treat the property of Panorama Guest House with the care of a good landlord. Any damage or loss caused during the rental period is the responsibility of the guests. In case of excessive losses or damages during the rental period, the owner of the guest house "Panorama" may require guests to vacate the tourist site without the right to compensation or refund of the amount paid. The costs for replacement or repair of loss or damage to the property of the guest house "Panorama" - Gela, including its furniture and yard, caused during the rental period and the stay of customers, are at their expense. The value of the collateral depends on the amount of damage and is paid in cash at the time of the owner or his representative.
Values and security
All valuables and personal belongings of the guests, imported on the territory of guest house "Panorama", are the responsibility of the clients. The owners and representatives of the owners of the tourist site do not bear any responsibility in case of loss or damage of property owned by the guests.
In case of open / unlocked windows and doors during the rental period, regardless of whether the guests are on the territory of the guest house "Panorama" or outside it (for a walk, picnic, etc.), the responsibility for the property lies with the guests. Any action or inaction of the guests, which may reject or violate the property insurance and / or lead to loss or damage, is the responsibility of the customers.
Cancellation of reservation
To cancel a confirmed reservation, guests are required to send a written cancellation notice to the e-mail of guest house "Panorama" - gostigela@gmail.com.
Force majeure circumstances
In case of force majeure, in which it is impossible to make reservations, customers receive a voucher valid for 24 months from the date of issue. This voucher can be used to make the reservation in case of force majeure, in the presence of vacancies for the desired dates, after prior arrangement with the place of accommodation by e-mail to the email address.
Complaints
We take all possible measures to ensure our guests a pleasant and hassle-free stay. For any problems during the rental period it is necessary for guests to notify the owner or a representative of the owner, who will immediately try to eliminate the problem. A condition for satisfying the guests' complaint is that it is notified in a timely manner and while the guests are on site. In case there are no complaints received during the rental period and the stay of the guests in the tourist site, we assume that the guests are satisfied with their stay and therefore have not filed complaints and grievances to the owner of the site.
Acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions By confirming the reservation, customers declare that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions for use of guest house "Panorama" - Gela and agree with them!
